Refund policy


For food & beverage products, returns and exchanges only apply to damaged products and wrong orders. Return or exchange requests will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis.

For merchandise, returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of order receipt. We can only accept returns if the item is damaged or the order was incorrect. Change of mind does not apply.

To be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.



To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@oatside.com. Please include details of your Order Number and a photo of your purchase in case of damaged products or an incorrect order.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
